Especialmente con miras a tener uniformidad continental en los criterios jurídicos sobre el derecho a la libertad religiosa y sobre las relaciones jurídicas Iglesia – Estado".

Observatorio de la libertad e instituciones religiosas (Italia)
L’Osservatorio delle libertà ed istituzioni religiose (OLIR) nasce nella seconda metà degli anni ’90 da un’iniziativa di tre Università italiane, Milano (prof. Silvio Ferrari), Genova (prof. Giovanni Varnier) e Salerno (prof. Valerio Tozzi) sostenuta finanziariamente dal Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche e si avvale del contributo di Antonio Chizzoniti, che si è occupato fin dall’inizio della creazione e della gestione del sito. Dopo una prima fase di consolidamento, OLIR ha assunto la veste attuale nel 2002.

in the workplace and public services, defamation campaigns against minority religions or belief groups, the disruption or
